Add a preferred pronouns field

Fixes #341

This is a proposed fix that adds pronouns to the membership profile.

I'm pretty sure I've got the python right on the backend, but I have no idea what I'm doing with Vue so that's a bit of a copy-pasta hackjob! 🤣

Note: This is currently not passing the values from the Vue app to the API (or at least it's not being stored in the database) - I'd welcome any help in understanding where I'm holding it wrong?

Hey mate! I've just tossed in wyemake#1 to address this, as well as adding the enable/disable switch in the admin config and another small language change.
