The addition of "default" is more confusing here I think since this page contains more than just the default settings.

We call the settings in Seer Settings Default Code Review for New Repos. Just updated to use that exact phrase.

I would be even more prescriptive here and say that you should make sure your repo is in the list (if not, you need to do step B) and make sure the toggle in the Code Review column is enabled. A screenshot could be helpful too.

I went without the screenshot, as I have a feeling these pages will be changing over time. I link directly to the pages, and for the settings/Seer home page, directly to the settings on the page, so imagine that should be good.
