JP-CN at the bottom level

This is one of two alternative pull requests for issue #39.

• PR Japanese ruby and Chinese ruby #76: JP–CN distinction at the top level of Section 2
• This PR: JP–CN distinction at the leaf level of Section 2 (based on the structure sketched in Is this a better structure for Section 2? #78)

I would appreciate reviewers’ opinions on which approach is preferable.

This PR and another PR (#76 ) represent alternative approaches, and only one of those will be merged.

I plan to make the final selection at my discretion and merge the chosen PR next week,
publishing it as the initial DNote.
