Description
This PR introduces rust-vfs in awkernel_lib/src/file/vfs. I have already deleted some of the unnecessary files and directories such as .git*, target, Cargo.toml, Cargo.lock, so that this directory won't be recognized as a sub module.
For this PR, I plan to introduce rust-vfs into the awkernel_lib/src/file without significant changes. I'll remove unnecessary files and make the no-std (for awkernel) modifications in the following PRs.
