Options for LD windows were needed in order to work with smaller genomes that might have higher levels of LD, so I added those to the scripts as needed, taking advantage of the ability to set these parameters in snpgdsLDpruning(). All defaults are left as is, and thus this should not change any existing workflows, but it does allow more flexibility in LD pruning parameters.
