Fix leak issues

What was changed

• Fix issue in thread pool code where threads were not properly set on an array
• Fix issue on Rust side where dropping of a heap-allocated function pointer often doesn't occur (it was in a not-always-called unblock GVL callback)
• Add extra/memory_bench.rb and opt-in dhat support to Rust extension
