Fix CAPTCHA verification for reCAPTCHA, hCaptcha, Cloudflare Turnstile, and Yandex Cloud

CAPTCHA widgets fail to load due to MessagePort cloning errors, missing Cloudflare challenge functions, and credential mode mismatches between preloaded resources and requests.

Changes

MessagePort Transfer Fix (src/utils/captcha-handler.ts)

• Override window.postMessage to auto-detect and transfer MessagePort objects
• Prevents DataCloneError: Failed to execute 'postMessage' on 'Window': A MessagePort could not be cloned because it was not transferred
• Handles both same-context and cross-context MessagePorts via instanceof check + interface validation

Cloudflare Challenge Stubs (src/utils/captcha-handler.ts)

• Add stub implementations of solveSimpleChallenge, managedChallengeCallback, interactiveChallenge
• Fixes ReferenceError: solveSimpleChallenge is not defined
• Cloudflare's scripts handle actual challenge solving; stubs prevent reference errors

Credential Mode Handling (src/utils/captcha-handler.ts)

• Override fetch and XMLHttpRequest.open to include credentials for CAPTCHA domains
• Auto-add crossorigin="use-credentials" to CAPTCHA resource preloads
• Eliminates "preload not used because request credentials mode does not match" warnings

Provider Support (public/sw.js, src/utils/captcha-handler.ts)

• Extended CAPTCHA domain detection to include:
  • Yandex Cloud: yandex.com/captcha, yandex.ru/captcha, smartcaptcha.yandexcloud.net
  • Existing: Google reCAPTCHA, hCaptcha, Cloudflare Turnstile

Implementation Notes

• MAX_RECURSION_DEPTH=10 prevents infinite loops when scanning for MessagePorts
• All changes are passive enhancements that don't affect non-CAPTCHA traffic
• Type assertions minimized; using unknown over any where possible
