Teju, There are a few conflicts with this PR, can you git pull and merge your commits using rebase or copy them to another file, git pull, and add your changes back in then push it up. |

Added existing cookie policy to footer. I wasn't sure if any styling elements needed to be added for the rest of the footer elements, but they can be easily added.
