This PR:

Bumps Codama and other root dependencies.
Bumps Kit and other JS client dependencies.
Adds a .prettierignore on the JS client to avoid double-linting the generated folder.
Adds *.ts to the tsconfig include list to avoid errors when viewing the build script.
