This PR:

Bumps Codama and other root dependencies.
Bumps Kit and other JS client dependencies.
Adds a .prettierignore on the JS client to avoid double-linting the generated folder.
Renames NPM_TOKEN to SOLANA_PROGRAM_NPM_TOKEN in workflow that publishes JS client.
