Description
Adds "Custom Skins" tab from LCEMP/LCEMP#22 to the Change Skins screen.
Implementation
A new Tab is added to Change Skins for Custom Skins, loaded from the working directory of the game at game boot. Example skins are provided, as well as a README explaining how to use it. These skins are loaded in much the same way as DLC skins and should work fine with Multiplayer.
The "Duck" skin was swapped for a different one as it had transparent pixels and rendered improperly
