Summary

Move Footer Attribution Into The Site Info Container So Footer Content Appears On One Line.
Update Attribution Copy From "A SiteOrigin Theme" To "Theme By SiteOrigin".
Keep Existing Footer Defaults And Filters Intact, Including Privacy Policy Link Behavior.

Testing

Run No syntax errors detected in parts/footer.php.
Run No syntax errors detected in parts/footer-vertical.php.
