This PR attempts to fix some more Kwalitee issues. It's only really one commit, but I have also created an upstream PR cpants/Module-CPANTS-Analyse#30 to get that to recognize MooseX::POE as a strict/warnings provider.
This is my entry for the Pull Request Challenge 2017 in August.
