Removes stale lockfile entries for fastapi, uvicorn, pydantic, starlette, tox, hypothesis, numpy, pillow and their transitive dependencies. Adds coglet (now a direct dependency). Built with --prerelease=allow since coglet only has pre-release versions on PyPI currently.
…n tests uv.lock changes can affect dependency versions, so they should trigger both Python tests and integration tests.
