This PR resulted from an inability to use the radix-engine-toolkit-go with go 1.24+.
It ensures that this code works smoothly with linux and (untested) windows. It also switches from the fork of uniffi used in this repo to the main mozilla one. I'll follow this up with another PR to radix-engine-toolkit-go, which should allow the use of newer go's.
