1, Log print level can be changed by igfx_user_feature_next.txt. 2, MOS_MESSAGES_ENABLED is true only when _DEBUG/_RELEASE_INTERNAL is open. Fix compile error when _DEBUG/_RELEASE_INTERNAL is open. Tracked-On: Signed-off-by: ZhuChenyanX <zhucx@intel.com>
