What: This PR changes the website by adding a new theme.
Why: This matters because the game could use more style/content
Verified: I verified this by opening and playing the game on my theme. I expected it to not work, which ended up being true, but then fixed it by simply linking properly. I observed the theme and its decent, the whole point of it was to add more content and I feel as if it did.
This PR is a draft as it still needs improvements. Next and final step is to polish the theme.
