Split Fleet Control API documentation into three focused files: - apis-and-cli.mdx: Overview/index page with guidance on when to use each access method - nerdgraph-tutorial.mdx: Complete NerdGraph mutations reference with parameter tables and examples - blob-storage-api-reference.mdx: Complete Blob Storage API reference with curl examples This provides detailed API documentation requested by the doc team, including: - Parameter descriptions for all mutations - Sample request/response messages - curl examples for Blob Storage operations - Authentication requirements - Supported agent types and entity types Format matches existing NerdGraph tutorial style (RAG, Scorecards, Metric Normalization).
