This works for this block, but I don't think it will work for the for lookup below.
Maybe do an "if starts with ~, replace with home dir" approach.

Fix issue: #80
I also increased the
vscode-extensionpatch version from0.14.0to0.14.1. Ideally I'd do that in a separate PR, but as this repo seems relatively quiet, I don't think there's gonna be any conflict/problem...
