Overview
Release PR for @mixedbread/cli@2.3.0. Moves the multipart-upload changeset into packages/cli/CHANGELOG.md, bumps packages/cli/package.json from 2.2.3 to 2.3.0, and deletes the consumed .changeset file.

Also includes formatting-only adjustments in CLI command option help strings and spinner/message output in store sync/store upload, plus a small test formatting tweak in vector-store.test.ts.
