Summary

• Show Last Login date time on page 774
• Show Inactive (in days) field on page 774. Calculated as floor(datediff(today,last login))

Make page 774 more visible and useful

• rename page caption to Users (detailed view)
• update aboutText
• rename action on Users list to Users (detailed view)
• Add action to open Approval User Setup on Users list and User card
• Add system fields to list

Added views/analysis tabs to show inactivity

• 7 days (last week) // Best for short-term monitoring. Useful if you want to catch recent inactivity quickly, e.g., onboarding issues or sudden drop in engagement.
• 30 days (last month) // Best for trend analysis. Helps identify users who may need re-engagement or training because they’ve been inactive for a significant period.
• 90 days (quarter) //Best for compliance or licence optimisation. Ideal for spotting accounts that might be candidates for deactivation or licence reclaim.
• Show user setup and user settings data on page 774 in a factbox.
