Add comprehensive proxy tests for AWS AppSync covering: - GraphQL API CRUD operations - API key management - Schema creation and introspection - Data source operations - Read-only proxy mode - Operations-based filtering Uses fixture-based cleanup to ensure no AWS resources are left behind.
