Fixes two things:
matplotib_cpptarget requires$<BUILD_INTERFACE:${PROJECT_SOURCE_DIR}>to be used withadd_subdirectoryso thatmatplotlibcpp.hcan be included seamlesslyexamplessubdirectory, therefore the$<BUILD_INTERFACE:${PROJECT_SOURCE_DIR}/examples>is useless
