I tried to follow the guidelines of what I read on refactoring which was to remove unused code. I am not sure that this was right, but I do so since the other classes didnt look like they were defined it was more of a work in progress. As well, I know that factory girl was a gem that was installed ... and from what I gathered ... there would be things that I can do with it ... I just had issues finding any good documentation on how to use it.
