[zuul] Add crc-cloud for OCP 4.18

Zuul encountered a syntax error while parsing its
configuration in the repo infrawatch/service-telemetry-operator on branch master. The
problem was:

Job podified-multinode-edpm-deployment-crc-cloud not defined

The problem appears in the the "stf-base-2node" job stanza:
