Sobrecarreguei o método resultado da classe Cálculo para poder lidar com sequências de Golomb muito grandes. Neste caso, a assinatura de 'resultado', recebe um indice e devolve por referência a sequência como uma string.
Para mockar tive que usar as versoes OnCall/ExpectCallOverload.
