Adds tag management and a secure --readonly mode.
--readonly disables note creation, deletion, and uploads server-side (returns 403 Forbidden) and hides editing controls in the UI. This allows Textpod to be safely embedded or deployed in view-only environments.
Tag support enables better note organization and integrates with existing note rendering and API responses without breaking current behavior.
