πŸ’‘ What: Updated README.md to change the default installation command to pip install "imednet[pandas]" and added a warning note. Added an entry to .jules/scribe.md.
🎯 Why: The base installation pip install imednet results in an ImportError because pandas is imported unconditionally in the initialization chain, despite being listed as optional in pyproject.toml.
🧠 Cognitive Impact: Fixes a "broken path" for new users who follow the installation instructions and immediately face a crash. Saves time debugging missing dependencies.
πŸ“– Preview:

# PyPI release
pip install "imednet[pandas]"

Note: The pandas library is currently required for core functionality...

PR created automatically by Jules for task 12132033040977034608 started by @fderuiter

- Update installation instructions to recommend `pip install "imednet[pandas]"`
- Add a note clarifying that pandas is required for core functionality despite being optional in config
- Add journal entry to `.jules/scribe.md` documenting the hidden dependency

This prevents new users from encountering `ImportError` when installing the base package.
