修改java版本判斷，根據PaperMC官方提供版本範圍進行判斷(缺點：若官方有更新則需要手動維護更新)
修改java下載，新增裝置現有java檢測，若有可用則直接使用，反之透過winget下載，好處是下次同版本可以省去下載時間，缺點是原本的進度條無用了還有就是winget只有在比較新的windows系統擁有這個指令
