Description
The optional
coreapipackage usespkg_resourcesand without it, a number of tests are skipped. This has been removed in setuptools v82.There is a discussion to potentially republish it as standalone package, but in the meantime this pins the setuptools version.
We want to drop
coreapiat some point, but until then...
