This refactoring improves the DSMSolver class by applying SOLID principles and best practices. The main changes are: - Introduced an `Optimizer` interface to decouple the solver from specific algorithms (Strategy Pattern). - Moved the Nearest Neighbor and Saving Matrix algorithms into their own dedicated classes. - Extracted helper functions into a `MatrixUtils` class. - Removed the direct dependency on `android.util.Log` by introducing a `Logger` interface. - Added unit tests for the optimization algorithms. - Updated the Gradle wrapper to version 8.5 to support Java 21. These changes make the `vrpsolver` library more modular, maintainable, and testable.

This refactoring improves the DSMSolver class by applying SOLID principles. It introduces an Optimizer interface to decouple the solver from specific algorithms, moves utility functions into a MatrixUtils class, and abstracts logging to remove the direct dependency on Android's Log class. Unit tests have also been added for the optimization algorithms.
