Fixed excess current draw >0.5uA in LPM3.5 bug.

Current varied based on temperature and hand placement etc. Much higher than the 0.5uA expected in LPM3.5. Pull up/down resistors were not explicitly defined for all pins. P3.5 (nPRG) was set as an input, with a weak pull-down, despite a 47K weak external pull-up.
