Description
Re issue #586 --
Add RSYS rcCapAuxHFactor with subhourly variability that modifies (multiplies) available auxiliary heating capacity. This allows, for example, limiting (or zeroing) auxiliary capacity when zone temperature is only slightly below set point.
Updated test file ashppkgroom.cse to use this capability.
Minor test result changes in perfmap.cse, not investigated.
rsCapAuxHFactor documentation added.
