Fix race condition with lesson summary redux

[Nokondi]

There was a race condition that was causing lesson summary items in the current_user redux to be overwritten with incorrect values. This prevents that by removing those items from the initial data load of the redux store, so that they are only loaded in the teacher dashboard show.js file.
