Otherwise USB_NEXT complains with <wrn> usbd_class: Class instance already registered and callbacks don't get registered (the only real effect is that 1200bps touch doesn't work)

due to limitations on xtensa assembly, load istruction require the address to be located in a literal section with an address lower than the code section, this requires further thinkering in the linker script. look into -mtext-section-literals xtensa gcc option
this requires further thinkering before being merged
