The mesh related code has been moved. Methods of new classes are used inside the controller. In order to test the code, we had to change the logic of the engine startup.

A mesh management class (MeshController) has been created. Each added mesh has its own render ID.
Mesh-related items have been moved out of vk_engine.cpp/h.
Engine startup logic has been modified (ICrlr, IView, IModel methods, and their implementations) to test the functionality of the MeshController.
