Las personas con identificación no binarios que a veces tiene el prefijo 23 y otras el mismo prefijo de acuerdo sexo que tenía el documento anterior, como no podemos garantizar cuál es en cada caso y tenemos esa información, quizás mejor no generar el cuil en esos casos
