parallelfox.vca from original VFPX repository is not proper version to parallelfox.vcx/.vct, so first create correct .vca with SourceSafe
Now it's possible to work with a side-by-side dmult.dll.manifest for dmult.dll. With the manifest file it's possible to instantiate a COM object like ParallelFoxMT.Application from ParallelFoxMT.dll without registration. The dmult.dll.manifest must be located in the same folder as dmult.dll.

With the enhanced dmult.dll and dmult.dll.manifest we can now use COM objects without registration. The adjustments for ParallelFoxMT.dll still included in dmult.dll.manifest.
