❤️ 기능 설명
현재 수동 크롤링 API에서는 분산락을 적용하지 않아 API와 스케쥴러가 동시에 돌 수 있는 문제점이 있었습니다.
이를 서비스 단에서 분산락을 적용하여 해결하였습니다.
또한 LLM을 통해 추출한 shortSummary 필드를 DB에 저장하지 않던 문제를 해결하였습니다.
