fix: Extend ad network error suppression

Fixes TANSTACK-COM-1EA. The issue was that: Adform script's h.top.document access fails in cross-origin iframe; global error handler lacks Adform suppression.

• Generalized error suppression comments from 'Publift Fuse' to 'ad network'.
• Added 'adform.net' to the list of sources for which cross-origin errors are suppressed.
• Updated debug log messages to reflect the broader 'ad network' scope.
