Prism 1.5.0 has been released and will now warn when an incompatible builder class is used. Probably it should use |

prism requires its own builder class in order to emit ast for versions that the parser gem doesn't support. The next prism version will warn when a incorrect builder class is used, it wasn't previously enforced.

Since this doesn't work with typechecking, I have simply raised the minimum prism version to 1.4.0 |

Avoid prism deprecation warnings:

Use the non-deprecated classes.
Parser34is available since 0.24.0 and can be used without concern. The builder is somewhat new, so I usedefined?to check it and left a note for when it can be removed.What should reviewers focus on?
