Overall looks great! added few suggestions.
Add a comprehensive test plan for validating the odf dr command in a real ODF + Ramen Regional DR environment. The plan covers all commands (init, validate clusters, validate application, gather, test) with preconditions, steps, and expected results for each test. Tests cover both happy paths and problem detection scenarios including unconfigured clusters, missing S3 secrets, degraded applications, and failing DR operations. The plan uses odf dr as the primary command, with upstream-only features (--version, init --envfile) marked and using ramenctl.
