General Touch Ups 2

Small edits to the engine. It isn't all too big, and it's a lot smaller than the last one. However, I hope this helps slightly improve using the engine a bit.

CHANGELOG

• On the Philly stages, GF (or whoever is in the background) no longer freaks out and slows down if there isn't an animation for hair blowing. Admittedly, this is for modding's sake. I have no idea why it was never added in the entirety of Psych Engine's development, considering something similar happens on the Spooky stages, but it's here now.
• Cleaned up Boyfriend's assets a bit, specifically around the shoelaces, which had a lot of transparent pixels for some reason.
• Updated the charts for "Dad Battle", "Monster", "High Erect", and "Eggnog Erect" to their current ones. Gave "Dad Battle" its zoom effect and "Monster" its camera effects. Also fixed the camera events in "Eggnog Erect" from breaking as well as it erroneously trying to have BF use his alt animations at the end of the song. It's been tested.
• The background for "Blazin'" was updated due to the wall lacking the graffiti it normally has. Updated, but there is a slight increase in file size due to the larger assets.
• Did the thing MaybeMaru did again, but for the Remix Main Stage.
• Just... pre-emptively added in and cropped the sparks for Otis' gun in "Stress (Pico Mix)" into the files so it's already set up once it's needed for future updates.
• Edited some text in menus and editors for proper capitalization and/or consistency.

Admittedly, the GF hair-blowing thing was kinda the thing I wanted to do because it's been bugging me for a long time now. I use a character select mod all the time and the bug happens in Pico's songs for obvious reasons, so I wanted to fix it myself. I'm not exactly well-versed in Haxe coding, but I feel like it's an okay start for potentially more out there.

GF hair-blowing thingy apparently broke stuff bc it's causing Github's checks to act up. You can download the modified isolated file on my Google Drive if you wanna tinker with it and make it work. It's reverted in this PR, so it there shouldn't be a problem here.

Ok closing this for now something's going wrong with the checks. Will probably reopen if I can find what's going on.

dang no GF not blowing hair when train (breaks half of the Github checks for some reason). Download what I got here if you wanna tinker with it.

Everything else is fine, though.
