VOTE CHAIN is a unified, modular voting platform that supports any type of election or contest — from national elections (PVC-based) to university elections (Student Union, departmental, class reps, pageants, talent shows), campus events, awards, and any vote-enabled activity. It is split into two modules:

Institution Module (UniVote) — flexible university-focused features: student ID + OTP, contest management (pageants, talent shows), kiosk mode, admin consoles for faculties.

National Module (Vote-E-9ja) — PVC-based voter flows, EC8A/official document workflows, officer devices, and stricter audit controls.

Shared goals: security, privacy, auditability, transparency, real-time analytics, scalability. Votes are anchored on configurable blockchain networks (L2 by default) while personally identifying data NEVER goes on-chain — only hashed voter markers.
