Drop the underscore prefix from the output directory convention. The upstream BMAD method uses `_bmad-output/` but our plugin follows Claude Code conventions where the leading underscore is unnecessary. Replace all upstream BMAD `{project-root}/_bmad/_memory/<agent>-sidecar/`
path conventions with Claude Code native mechanisms across 21 files in
`plugins/bmad/`.
Mapping applied:
- Agent-writable state (memories.md) → `.claude/agent-memory/<name>/MEMORY.md`
- Stable plugin data (instructions.md) → `${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/data/<name>/`
- Generic `{sidecar-folder}` patterns → Claude Code agent-memory conventions
- Template `sidecar-path` field → `memory-folder` pointing to agent-memory
Files updated: agents/storyteller.md, all skills/agent/data/ architecture and
validation docs, steps-c/steps-e/steps-v workflow steps, agent template, and
reference YAML examples (journal-keeper in both with-sidecar and
expert-examples directories).
