RoshiniSeelamsetty: Fix Total Org Summary date filter to Previous Week

Description

Fixes PRIORITY HIGH: Yagna – Total Org Reports Date Filter Defaults to Current Week Instead of Previous Week.

Main changes explained:

• Updated src/components/TotalOrgSummary/TotalOrgSummary.jsx to initialize selectedDateRange with 'Previous Week' so the Total Org Summary date filter defaults to Previous Week on page load.
• Verified that changing the date range still correctly updates currentFromDate and currentToDate and that comparison options continue to work.

How to test:

1. Checkout this branch: git checkout RoshiniSeelamsetty-total-org-reports-date-filter-previous-week.
2. Run frontend: npm install (if needed) and npm run start:local.
3. Log in as Owner/Admin.
4. Navigate: Reports → TotalReport → Total Org Summary.
5. Confirm the date filter pill shows Previous Week by default and the data corresponds to the previous week.
