Main changes explained:

Added new Context file for passing the selected Reviewer from one component to another as there was nesting.
Removed few CSS and added few CSS changes to make Save button easy to access.
Removed few div and wrapper class to make Table responsive.

How to test:

  1. check into current branch
  2. do npm install and npm run start:local to run this PR locally
  3. Clear site data/cache
  4. log as admin user
  5. go to http://localhost:5173/pr-grading-dashboard
  6. Check whether Save button is visible without scrolling.
  7. On Click of reviewer name it should take you to that person's Summary section.
  8. Check for page responsiveness.
