Tailwind local + Documentation pour développement
Dans le but de résoudre #1, ajout de Tailwind localement au site Web au moyen de Tailwind CLI.
Pour le déploiement, il suffit donc d'emporter le fichier CSS minifié généré par Tailwind sous
css/tailwind.css.Dans le but de faciliter les futurs développements, ajout d'une documentation expliquant comment reproduire la démarche ainsi que la mise en place du serveur Apache nécessaire pour prendre en compte
.htaccesslors du développement avec XAMPP.Ajout d'un README racine pour pointer vers cette nouvelle documentation.
