Replace the HPPType template structs with vk::CppType

Description

With the latest Vulkan SDK, the type traits vk::CppType are available with C++20. They can be used to replace the corresponding HPPType templates from vulkan_type_traits.h.

Build tested on Win11 with VS2022. Run tested on Win11 with NVidia GPU.
