Bast is a free, open-source command-line interface (CLI) tool designed to enhance the security of AI-powered terminal operations. It works by integrating with the Bastio AI Security Gateway to protect your data before it reaches the Large Language Model (LLM).
Bast helps you secure your interactions with AI through simple commands. To get started, follow the steps outlined below to download and install the application on your computer.

- Disk Space: 100 MB of free space
To download and install Bast, visit the Releases page where you can find the latest version available. Follow these steps:

- Move the binary to a directory in your PATH, such as
/usr/local/bin.
Once you have installed Bast, you can begin using it. Open your terminal and type bast to access the command line interface.
